• Project information — details about your business and website that you share so we can prepare a quote or build your demo.
• Basic technical data — standard server and hosting logs (such as IP address and browser type) that are generated automatically when anyone visits a website.

We collect this information directly from you when you fill in the quote or free-demo form, email us, message us on WhatsApp, or call. The forms on this site send your details to us by email — we don't run a public database of enquiries on the site itself.

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
• prepare a quote and build your free demo;
• carry out and deliver a project you've engaged us for; and
• keep in touch with you about your project.

We process this information on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We don't use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run our business and your website — for example hosting providers such as Vercel, domain registrars, and email providers — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We take reasonable, appropriate technical and organisational steps to safeguard your information against loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure, as required by section 19 of POPIA. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, after which we delete or anonymise it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
• ask us to correct or update information that is wrong or out of date;
• ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
• object to us processing your information in certain circumstances; and
• withdraw any consent you've given, at any time.

We keep tracking to a minimum. This site is built to be fast and privacy-friendly, and we don't use intrusive advertising trackers. Where basic analytics or essential cookies are used, they help us understand general site usage and keep the site working — they aren't used to build a personal profile of you.

Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.
