Foambox Detailing

A dark, luxury site for a premium car detailing outfit — built around the work itself, with a before/after gallery, filterable services, and one-tap WhatsApp booking.

Foambox had an outdated site that buried the one thing customers came to see — the work. The before-and-after transformations were hidden, navigation was confusing, and the whole thing looked plain and generic, which undercut a premium, detail-obsessed service.

> what_i_built_

A custom multi-page Next.js site built around the work itself: a structured packages grid with category filters so visitors find the exact service they want, a before/after slider and lightbox gallery that puts the transformations front and centre, an editorial Journal for detailing tips, and one-tap WhatsApp booking on every page — no forms, no friction.

Dark ink + gold palette

Swapped the plain, generic look for a deep-black canvas with warm gold accents. It reads as premium and lets the car photography do the talking.

Editorial serif type

Cormorant Garamond headlines paired with Inter Tight body — a high-end pairing that feels like a luxury brand, not a budget car wash.

Before/after front and centre

The old site hid the results; the new one leads with an interactive before/after slider so customers immediately see the quality they're paying for.

Filterable packages grid

Ten-plus services organised into a filterable grid so nobody has to hunt — the navigation problem solved by structure, not more menus.

WhatsApp-first booking

Every CTA deep-links into a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Zero forms means the lowest-friction path from interested to booked.

Cinematic motion

Lenis smooth scroll, a Ken Burns hero, and subtle scroll reveals give the site a considered, polished feel that matches the service.

A site that finally looks as premium as the detailing itself. The work is the first thing visitors see, services are easy to navigate, and booking is a single tap — fast, mobile-first, and built to turn browsers into bookings.
